 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW That’s all I can say about Roger’s breakaway bases and customer service. I took over the care of our league field in 2016. In that time about the only thing that hasn’t changed is our Rogers breakaway bases. We still have the same set and they are fabulous. We had opening day today and realized that one of the base bases had disappeared. Uh oh! We were able to make do with an old base but sent a text on a Saturday to a company that I knew was gonna be closed. I was just hoping they would respond first thing Monday morning. Lo and behold I get a text from Brian 15 minutes later. He took care of what I needed and got a new base plug sent right away. Amazing customer service. You can be sure when we are in need of new bases we will continue with Roger’s. PS- to my knowledge the only injury we’ve ever had with our bases is a skinned knee or a raspberry or two.
