At Rogers Base Company, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality baseball and softball field equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products, including but not limited to:
- Backstop padding
- Netting
- Turf products
- Pitching machines
- Rogers Base Company, LLC, offers a variety of pitching machines and prides itself on its quality. If the machine has been used, however, it cannot be returned for a refund.
These items are built or configured to specific customer requirements and cannot be restocked or resold.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact our customer service team at 1-800-829-7311 or email us at sales@rogersbreakawaybase.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at 1-800-829-7311 or email us at sales@rogersbreakawaybase.com.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the returned item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Please include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
REFUNDS
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt of the return.
This policy is designed to keep things fair and efficient—custom gear is built just for you, so make sure specs are locked in before ordering.
